These Terms of Service govern access to sunferer.store, use of the website, and all purchases made through the store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted:

  • the Shipping Policy;

  • the Return and Refund Policy.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility

Customers must:

  • use a payment method they are authorised to use.

3. Products

sunferer.store sells women’s fashion products, including:

  • dresses;

  • mini dresses;

  • fashion jeans;

  • skirts;

  • fitted trousers;

  • related apparel.

Product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, materials, and other available details are displayed on the relevant product page.

Slight variations may occur because of:

  • lighting;

  • manual measurement;

  • manufacturing differences.

Such minor variations do not remove statutory rights where a product is materially non-conforming.

4. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

  • wait for restocking where reasonable.

No substitute will be sent without approval.

5. Prices

Prices displayed at checkout apply to the order.

Free standard shipping is provided for accepted orders.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively to confirmed orders.

If a clearly incorrect price is displayed, we may contact the customer and allow them to:

6. Promotions

Promotional codes may be subject to:

Promotional codes cannot normally be added after an order is confirmed.

7. Placing an Order

  8. accept the applicable policies;

8. Order Confirmation

The contract is formed when:

  • the order is accepted;

11. Shipping

All accepted orders qualify for free standard shipping.

The estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 calendar days from order confirmation.

12. Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

The customer is responsible for checking:

  • recipient name;

  • street address;

  • apartment or unit number;

  • postal code;

  • city;

  • country;

  • telephone number where required.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

13. Late Delivery

If an order is not delivered within the stated period, the customer should contact:

Where legally required, the customer may request delivery within an additional reasonable period.

If delivery does not occur within that additional period, the customer may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.

14. Transfer of Risk

Where sunferer.store arranges delivery, the risk of loss or damage normally transfers when the customer or the customer’s designated recipient physically receives the goods.

15. Right of Withdrawal

Subject to legal exceptions, consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal.
